1. Prepaid Account Credit & Cryptocurrency Nature

Centimailer operates on a prepaid balance system. Senders fund their accounts via cryptocurrency deposits (powered by NOWPayments) or online payment gateways (PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards). Account credits are drawn down as plan subscriptions or campaign allowances are activated.

Cryptocurrency Transaction Finality: Because cryptocurrency payments on public blockchains (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and Litecoin) are irreversible, decentralized, and subject to non-refundable network miner fees, we do not issue refunds to external cryptocurrency wallets for deposited funds or unused balances.

Plain-English Summary: Please test thoroughly on our unrestricted Free tier (3,000 sends/mo) before depositing funds.

2. Free Tier Testing Recommendation

To ensure Centimailer meets your deliverability expectations and technical workflow before you commit funds, we provide an unrestricted Free Tier including:

3,000 emails per 30-day rolling window
Up to 100 emails per 24 hours
2 active sender identities
Audience CSV uploads, template previewing, and real-time open tracking

We strongly recommend testing your sender domains, list uploads, and delivery placement on the Free tier before making substantial deposits or upgrading to a paid tier.

3. Subscription Plan Fees (Starter, Pro, Agency)

Monthly plan subscriptions reserve dedicated sending infrastructure, high-reputation routing pools, and increased concurrency limits immediately upon activation. Subscription fees for active billing cycles are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel renewal or downgrade your tier at any time from your workspace under Billing.

Plain-English Summary: If our platform experiences a verified outage of >48 hours, compensatory credits may be granted.

4. Platform Balance Credits for System Disruptions

In the rare event that a verified systemic infrastructure disruption on Centimailer's platform prevents you from dispatching scheduled campaigns for more than 48 consecutive hours, our team will review the issue and may issue compensatory account balance credits at our sole discretion.

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you experience an issue with a payment or billing calculation, please contact our billing desk immediately before filing an external dispute. Initiating an unjustified PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback without prior consultation will result in immediate suspension of your workspace and blacklisting of associated sender identities.
